Look forward to trying it on the 735 when I get mine later today. OK tried this on the fenix 3 today and it did not work, just normal course navigation, not turn by turn. What I could do "wirelessly" in GC and with the app was good enough for my purpose that time. I had a few such problems when tried with a 920 a while back but TBH not tried on a 735 yet. However as GTC is long since obsolete I don't think it is necessarily interpreting the course schema exactly as the 735 is and I fear sending back to the 735 from there with course points may not work exactly as intended. In theory you can edit them there and send it to the back to the 735. You can see these course points if you import the course into GTC. Temperature-proof, waterproof, shock-proof, and X-ray-proof. How it decided what it thought was a turn was automatic and I could see anyway to "edit" the turns in GC and/or the app. Between its low price point and impressive sturdiness, this is an excellent Full HD SD card. Can't remember if you need to on the map page for this to happen or not.Īnyway, I found it quite handy on a loop running course as much to break down a longer run into sections than "real" navigation although was a handy fallback as was not totally familiar with my route. When you get near the turn, it pops up with a display of distance to turn and a marker which disappears when you are through the turn. everything imports and displays correctly (Well, everything except waypoint icons, and route colors). A basic wire transfer of BC waypoints, tracks and routes using USB direct connection to XT. On the map page (assuming you are in the process of zooming) you get the breadcrumb map (obviously) and a distance to the next turn at the top with an indicator marker of which direction the next turn is. That is, the XT is isolated from the Web (Email, Garmin Explore).
